Hiya, Nick! Just had a look through the gallery... some outstanding work in there, man. Despite not really being into mecha and robots in general, i can still see that you clearly have an exceptional level of talent; i would say that your colouring and design techniques are easily at a professional level. I personally think that some of your work is better than the mecha designs for Virtual On (a Sega-brand mech fighting game), which is a pretty fucking impressive accolade, sir.

I would suggest that you take the response to commissions with a pinch of salt (unless you've been inundated with requests, in which case it's bang-on); no matter how talented the artist, a lot of people on DA aren't willing to pay for artwork when there are bills to pay, and stuff to buy. I would imagine that you get a lot of requests though, so i suggest you take that as a sign of your ability. :D

I just uploaded a slightly modded Zeaphoe. You probably won't notice the difference but it has a few small fixes.

oh ok, sorry about that. There is a good guy there whom also posts SF artwork and his name of NickM, well I thought the odds might be good! Oh well and never mind, still like your excellent work just the same and please keep it up. Big mecha rock!
